Aaron Rodgers reportedly turned down a two-year extension offer from the Green Bay Packers this offseason. Despite this, the quarterback has already made hundreds of millions in the nearly two decades he's been with the franchise.

Rodgers has an estimated net worth of $120 million as of 2020, according to Celebrity Net Worth. In the 16 seasons he's played for the Packers, the veteran quarterback has made $241 million in salary alone, according to Spotrac.

The 37-year-old ranked no. 45 on Forbes' 2020 list of the world's highest-paid athletes and no. 10 on its 2020 list of highest-paid NFL players after earning $30.5 million the year prior, with $21.5 million coming from his salary and bonuses and $9 million from endorsements.

Rodgers has played for the Green Bay Packers since 2005 after being drafted as the 24th overall pick. He was backup quarterback for a few years to Brett Favre until the latter announced his retirement in 2008. In 2011, Rodgers led the Packers to victory in Super Bowl XLV and was named Super Bowl MVP for his crucial role in the championship game.

Rodgers went on to become an eight-time Pro Bowler and three-time MVP winner and has the highest career passer rating in NFL history, according to Forbes. He is also the fastest-ever quarterback to reach 300 passing touchdowns and is eighth all-time with 364 total.

The NFL superstar signed a five-year contract extension with the Packers in 2013 worth $110 million, making him the highest-paid player in the history of the league at the time, as per Celebrity Net Worth.

Rodgers then signed another four-year contract with the franchise in 2018 worth $134 million. But with guaranteed cash and bonuses, the total worth of the deal was closer to $180 million. Due to the terms of that contract, he was getting paid $400,000 a day between August 2018 and March 2019, the outlet said.

By the time his current contract ends in 2023, Rodgers' on-field earnings will total $315 million.

But on top of his massive salary, Rodgers also has several endorsement deals and business ventures. The QB purchased a minority ownership stake in the Milwaukee Bucks in 2018 and launched a $50 million venture and growth stage fund with Roth Capital in 2019.

Brands he has endorsement deals with include Adidas, Bose, Panini, Prevea Healthcare and State Farm Mutual Auto Insurance.

Despite his long and lucrative time with the Packers, Rodgers, who is engaged to actress Shailene Woodley, rejected a contract extension with the franchise that would have tied him to the team for five more seasons and made him the highest-paid quarterback and player in football, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported, citing unnamed sources.

Rodgers allegedly has issues with the Packers’ management, the report said. Despite this, the Packers reportedly have no plans to trade away the reigning MVP.
