A French Gothic townhouse in Manhattan was put on the market at $90 million last Friday.
Built in 1916 for a daughter of American businessman Frank Winfield Woolworth, the 35 foot-wide mansion has been fully renovated in a 'traditional prewar style,' states the listing description.
The mansion is the middle of three homes Woolworth had built for his daughters at 2, 4 and 6 East 80th Street and it is being sold by the family of late gym mogul Lucille Roberts. The property was purchased by Roberts in 1995 for $6 million, the listing agent Paula Del Nunzio told NYTimes.
The home features 10 bedrooms, 11.5 bathrooms, and 3 kitchens spread over 18,000 square feet of space. It is also available for rent at $210,000/month.
