Clarence House, Prince William and Kate’s New Home, Valued at $76.68 Million
Clarence House, where Prince William and Kate will live soon after their royal wedding on April 29, is reportedly valued at $76.68 million, according to new stats by British real estate website Zoopla.
This puts the home’s value at 343 times the average starter home in England, which is $223,282; reports Curbed.
Furthermore, Windsor Castle, the world’s largest occupied castle spread over 484,000 square feet with 1,000 rooms, is valued at $279 million and Buckingham Palace is currently valued at $1.6 billion, marking the most valuable private residence in the world.
