The boy-band supergroup New Kids on the Block and Backstreet Boys (NKOTBSB) Tuesday night stopped over at Dancing With The Stars before hitting the road for the much-awaited tour set to kick start soon in Uncasville, Connecticut.

New Kids on the Block and Backstreet Boys, known as NKOTBSB, hit the stage of the dance show in two segments. The results show opened with a choreographed segment. NKOTBSB performed 'Don't Turn Out The Lights'. In the second and last segment of the show, they performed hits 'I Want it That Way' and 'Step by Step'.

In January 2011, NKOTBSB extended the tour that was initially slated to come to an end on July 9 was extended till July 30 on overwhelming demand for tickets. The 41-date tour will end at Hersheypark Stadium in Hershey, Pennsylvanis.

The tour's extention came after the bands managed to hit the headlines for closing the American Music Awards with a medley that included Backstreet's I Want It That Way and NKOTB's Hangin' Tough.
