Prince Albert II of Monaco has married Charlene Wittstock, a 33-year old South African Olympic champion in a lavish wedding.

While Her Serene Highness, Princess Charlene is indeed very beautiful, it will be difficult, if not impossible, for her to match the fame and global appeal of Grace Kelly, the former Irish American movie starlet who became a real-live princess by marrying Prince Rainier (the father of the current Prince Albert II).

Although Princess Grace had a rather tragic and sad life, she will live forever as one of the most dazzling figures of the 20th century.
