Heidi Klum and Seal Sell L.A. Home for $7 Million at a Loss
Seal and Heidi Klum have sold their Beverly Hills mansion for $7 million in an all cash deal. The sale price exceeds the asking quote by $100,000 - likely a result of competition from multiple bidders. But the supernaturally attractive couple lost money on the sale, having purchased the home in 2005 for $7.6 million.
The 9,000 square foot home is on four acres of property in the Post Office area of Beverly Hills. It has six bedrooms, 9.5 bedrooms, a tennis court, and a swimming pool.
Klum is the host of Project Runway and Seriously Funny Kids. Seal is a Grammy-winning recording artist, his most recent award coming this year for his collaboration on Imagine.
Klum is regularly on Forbes' list of Highest Earning Supermodels. In 2009, the magazine estimated her income at $16 million.
