Foxy Brown Cleared of Mooning Charges

Brooklyn prosecutors dropped charges against the borough's don-diva Foxy Brown after the victim in the case refused to testify to charges Brown mooned her.

Inga Marchand, 32, who goes by the pseudonym, Foxy Brown was all cheers and giggles when Justice John Walsh of State Supreme Court in Brooklyn dismissed misdermeanor charges she violated an order of protection.

Robert Isdith, an assistant district attorney said the victim Arlene Raymond informed him late last week that she didn't want to take the stand at the trial which was to begin Tuesday.

Salvatore Strazzullo, an attorney for Brown said he plans to sue the City, Police Department and Brooklyn D.A. for prosecuting his client maliciously.

He contends that Raymond had to have been lying about the encounter because [Brown] wasn't wearing any underwear.

Raymond had claimed the raunchy rapper removed her panties when she mooned her.

Brown came to court dressed to the nines in a silver silk dress, heels and a Chanel patchwork bag.

It's a scary thing when someone want to be you and have your life, Brown told reporters outside court.

Asked if she had worn panties to the Supreme Court hearing Brown replied no comment.

A judge ordered her to stay away from Raymond in 2008 when Brown plead guilty to menacing her with a cell phone.

This saga all began when Brown blasted her car radio outside the Prospect Heights building where they both reside.

A Brooklyn grand jury indicted her one misdemeanor count and declined to indict on three misdemeanors and two felony counts respectively.
