Dressed in an off-white Amanda Wakeley dress and Sledge 2 LK Bennett nude heels, Kate Middleton attended the official opening of a new cancer center at the Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton, Surrey.

Both the Duke and the Duchess of Cambridge toured the center and personally visited the young cancer sufferers present there.

Kate completed her look with a Natalie clutch and a simple cross necklace in addition to her engagement ring.

Earlier, in 1982, Diana made her first solo trip to the Royal Marsden. This trip is aimed at helping Kate decide which charities she aims to support.

Besides this, the Duchess has also been paying visits to organizations in recent days in order to familiarize herself with different causes before finally deciding which ones to choose.

This is regarded as part of her royal duties as a Duchess in order to learn more about the institutions she will represent.
