Andrew Breitbart Cause Of Death: Was He Assassinated? Doctors Say Heart Failure
The cause of death has been revealed for Andrew Breitbart, the conservative blogger and entrepreneur who died on March 1 at the age of 43.
According to the L.A. County coroner's office, Breitbart died of heart failure stemming from coronary disease. The coroner's office also discovered traces of alcohol in Breitbart's system, but no prescription or illicit drugs were detected. Breitbart's blog posted a copy of the coroner's report which can be viewed here.
Right before the blogger's death he claimed to have videos that showed President Obama's ties to radicals in the 1980s. The videos are going to come out, Breitbart had said. The narrative is going to come out that Barack Obama met a bunch of silver ponytails back in the 1980s like Bill [Ayers] and Bernadine Dorhn who, equally radical, said 'One day we're going to have the presidency.'
Many believed that he didn't die of natural causes, and thought that his claims of video footage of Obama lead him to be assassinated.
One of those who believed Breitbart was assassinated was conservative American radio host Michael Savage. I told him. I warned him, Savage said following Breitbart's death. I told him 'You're going over the edge here. You're supposed to be a journalist.
Savage asked his listeners, Do you think he died from natural causes from overwork, exhaustion, had a heart attack and died - or do you think it's possible that he was executed, assassinated by some nefarious forces in America? Savage continued, Have we now become South American in the 1970s, where people just disappear?
According to the coroner's report no significant trauma was present and foul play is not suspected.
Andrew Breitbart was a father of four. We have lost a father, a son, a brother, a dear friend, a patriot and a happy warrior, Larry Solov, Breitbart's business partner said after his death. Andrew lived boldly so that we more timid souls would dare to live freely and fully, and fight for the fragile liberty he showed us how to love.
