LeBron James Love Child? Sharon Reed Rumors Heat Up In Cleveland [PHOTO]
Rumors are flying around Cleveland that NBA champion LeBron James has a love child with fired 19 Action News WOIO Cleveland television anchor Sharon Reed, who was reportedly axed for violating the morals clause in her contract. But are the rumors true?
There are multiple reports that James, a native of Akron, Ohio, who played for the hometown Cleveland Cavaliers, fathered a child with Sharon Reed.
According to the gossip website tattletailzz.com, Reed, a Cleveland native, has a long romantic history with the married James, with the two dating each other back when he was on the Cavs despite the fact LeBron was with longtime wifey Savannah Brimson.
Some are pointing to Savannah's initial reluctance in joining King James on the court when the Miami Heat won last month's NBA championship as a sign that the Sharon Reed love child rumors are true.
As a good side piece [Reed] knew how to keep her mouth closed, because just like Lebron she had alot to lose, tattletailzz.com reported.
The website went on to say James took good care of Sharon financially, but when he left town [for the Miami Heat] he was leaving all that behind him.
That's when the drama heated up and Reed kept the romance going with King James by visiting LeBron in Miami, and then she all of a sudden popped up single and pregnant while still anchoring the news at WOIO, tattletailz.com reported.
The LeBron James love child rumor was picked up by credible gossip website sandrarose.com, which said Reed was terminated from her position as an anchor for violating the morals clause in her contract.
Sandra Rose, citing unnamed sources, said James has been covering up the love child.
According to sources close to Reed, it was an open secret at work that she has been seeing LeBron for years -- while he was with Savannah, the website reported. When things started getting out of hand, the Cavaliers brass reportedly met with WOIO management to request that Reed not cover the Cavs home games. When Reed turned up pregnant last year there was no doubt in anyone's minds who the baby's father was.
Sandra Rose said Reed allegedly had told a story about a fake boyfriend to cover up that she had a love child with LeBron James.
James is allegedly helping out Reed financially, which isn't making her that concerned about finding new employment after being fired by 19 Action News WOIO.
But no one was fooled. Sources say Reed isn't worried about finding a new job because James is paying all of her bills, the website reported.
The love child rumors are even more juicy considering Reed now lives in Miami, where King James won a championship with the Heat last month for his first NBA title.
The LeBron James-Sharon Reed love child rumors have been heating up in Cleveland, where Sharon Reed was a trending topic Tuesday on Twitter.
Sharon Reed appeared to make references to the rumors on her Facebook page and Twitter account.
She posted definition of HALF-WIT along with synonyms on her Facebook and Twitter, although she gave no other referenced to the love child rumors.
Around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, she posted the following Mark Twain quote on both pages:
Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.
Reed also posted a tweet saying she will be responding soon to what many of you are asking, according to gossip site Madame Noire. That tweet and an ominous posting saying all I do is spend money have since been taken down off Sharon Reed's account.
There's been no word from James on the rumors.
Cleveland media personality Bob Frantz said he had knowledge of the love child speculation.
For those wondering, yes I'm aware of the LeBron James / SharonReed rumors. And no, I'm not commenting on it.#butireallyreallyhopeitstrue, Frantz tweeted.
Twitter user @PlyrPerspective said the love child rumors are a guilty pleasure.
I usually hate most gossip about players but let me be honest: I'm all into this Lebron/Sharon Reed story. FORGIVE ME FATHER, she wrote.
