“The Bachelorette” alum Ashley Hebert Rosenbaum and her husband J.P. took to Instagram to share a couple of photos of their newborn daughter.

“Introducing Essex Reese Rosenbaum,” Ashley captioned a pic of their beautiful baby girl sleeping.

A few hours later, J.P. posted a photo of him and Ashley with baby Essex. The former reality TV star revealed in the caption that they’re still at the hospital and hoping to return home soon. “Day 2 nearly over and hopefully headed home soon where my perpetual fear of future boyfriends begins,” he wrote.

Ashley and J.P. welcomed Essex on Friday, Nov. 4, at 10:38 a.m. in Miami, Fla., the couple confirmed to People. Essex, who also goes by the nickname “Essie,” weighed in at 7 lbs., 11 oz. and measured 19 inches long.

“Both mommy and beautiful baby Essie are doing great!” Rosenbaum told the news outlet shortly after Ashley gave birth via caesarean section.

Essex is the second child of the couple, who are already parents to their 2-year-old son, Rhys.

Ashley and J.P. revealed that they were expecting their second child last May.

“I can’t hold it in any longer … My heart is bursting with love now that we’re #ClearblueConfirmed!” Ashley wrote on Instagram, alongside a photo of a blackboard with the words “Ashley + JP + Ford + Baby Girl = [Heart]” written on it.

“I'm 100% excited that we’re #ClearblueConfirmed with baby #2!!!” J.P. captioned a pic of him and Ashley at the time. “Forgive me if my face says I’m 78% nervous because #ItsAGirl #NoBoyfriendZone #BacheloretteSeason47 #YeahRight #ClearbluePartner.”

Ashley was the star of “The Bachelorette” Season 7, where she chose J.P. as her fiancé. The two tied the knot in a televised ceremony in December 2012.

Prior to appearing on “The Bachelorette,” Ashley also participated in “The Bachelor” Season 15, where she emerged as the second runner-up.
