Beyoncé and Jay Z are enjoying a grand stay in Malibu, but they will need to look for a new home by fall.

Before Beyoncé, Jay Z and Blue Ivy moved to a Malibu mansion, they were occupying a luxurious hotel while they look for a permanent home. Currently, the family is staying in a lavish Malibu mansion called La Villa Contenta for the summer, but they will be homeless by fall, TMZ reported.

Real estate sources revealed that the Carters are struggling to find a new home for several years already. Their difficult search has resulted in the family’s frustration. One of the main issues is reportedly cash.

Jay Z and Beyoncé only allotted $75 million for their new home. Unfortunately, the couple cannot find a house that they love for the price. “They want a super baller, crazy estate, and the ones they love are going for $150 mil,” one source claimed.

Beyoncé and Jay Z are currently paying $400,000 a month for the 10-bedroom hideaway in Malibu. The place is perfect for the family’s taste. It is set on a bluff overlooking the Pacific. It has extensive 6.3-acre grounds with a rose garden with over 1,000 flower bushes, a landscaped desert area and tennis court, Daily Mail reported.

The main swimming area has a 20 ft. glass ceilings, a hand-painted gesso mural, an onyx fireplace and intricate shell-encrusted chandeliers. The property is listed on industry site Malibu Locations and has been featured in HBO’s “True Blood.”

Beyoncé and Jay Z, together with Blue Ivy and their newborn twins, moved to the expensive Malibu estate on Wednesday after leaving the hospital. The “Lemonade” singer reportedly delivered the twins by caesarean section on June 12. Two days after, there were rumors that she was already in labor.

A number of Queen Bey’s fans and followers reacted on Twitter. Many were wondering if the report was true, others were waiting for the confirmation and some others claimed that the twins were out. “You heard it here first. A friend of a friend who is an OB @ Beyoncé’s hospital tells me she had her twins, a boy and a girl,” one user commented.

Beyoncé and Jay Z never confirmed the arrival of their newborns. However, after almost a week, the “Halo” singer’s dad, Matthew Knowles confirmed it in a post on Twitter.
