Bill Cosby’s life may be in danger at the SCI-Phoenix prison in Pennsylvania where he is being held for three to 10 years for sexual assault.

The 81-year-old has been in prison for four months now and was moved to general population earlier in February. Here, he is among 2,000 other inmates, where he could be more susceptible to an attack.

Despite Cosby keeping mostly to his cell, where he eats and exercises, another inmate that is a mass murder has it out for him, Radar Online reported.

Convicted killer, George Banks, 75, has a target on Cosby for destroying his family, a source told the news outlet. Banks brutally murdered five of his children, two babies, five women, and a man, according to Radar Online.

Cosby is rightfully disturbed about the threat and has reacted by hiring inside protection from the “gangsters in Banks’ circle,” according to the Radar Online source. He has money deposited into other inmates’ prison accounts “in exchange for protection,” the source said.

Prison officials have maintained that Cosby is safe as Banks is held in the capital case unit without access to other units within the prison.

While Banks is not able to get near Cosby, it wouldn’t stop him from “sending his hit men after Cosby,” Alan Davis, a law enforcement expert and retired Chester, Pennsylvania police force captain told Radar Online.

“Prisons are their own little worlds with politics, economy, favors and alliances, so I wouldn’t rule out anything as being impossible in there,” Davis told the news outlet.
