Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani’s relationship appears to be moving pretty fast – but not that fast! Despite rumors that Shelton is ready to propose to his “Voice” co-star, a rep for Stefani is denying engagement reports.

Shelton and Stefani’s romance has been surrounded by speculation since before the two went public in November. But the National Enquirer is reporting that things are much more serious than the two singers are letting on. According to the outlet, Shelton, 39, brought Stefani, 46, home to Oklahoma to meet his family. A source claims that Shelton wanted the approval of his mother, Dorothy, and stepfather, Mike Shackleford, before he got down on one knee. The insider added that he was hoping to marry Stefani next spring.

Gossip Cop reached out to Stefani’s rep, who told the site the National Enquirer’s story is “untrue.” But that doesn’t mean that things are fizzling out between the two lovebirds. In fact, their relationship seems hotter than ever before.

The duo was photographed last week showing off some serious PDA during a date night at Casa Vega Mexican restaurant in Studio City, California. Sources told E! that Shelton kissed his leading lady twice while waiting for their car outside of the restaurant. Photographers were able to capture the sweet moment.

Shelton and Stefani made headlines again last week when the No Doubt singer shared a photo of herself wearing a camouflage hat in bed. Although Stefani didn’t say in the caption where the hat came from, fans speculated that it belonged to her beau, who appeared to be rocking a very similar one in pictures earlier in the week.
