The superhit song "Dynamite" is the band’s first all-English single, and was officially released on Aug. 21, 2020. It has since topped numerous charts and broken multiple records on music streaming platforms.

BTS created history with "Dynamite" as it became the first-ever K-pop band to top the Billboard's Hot 100 chart in September 2020. The band also became the first-ever act to top Billboard's "Hot 100," "Global 200," and "Global 200 Excl. U.S." charts simultaneously.

It continues to extend its own record for the longest-running song on the "Hot 100" from a single released by a South Korean group. The chart includes tracks from all genres and ranks songs according to their popularity in the U.S. based on their sales (official audio and video), radio airplay and streaming data.

Moreover, the single climbed up to No. 4 on the Global 200 weekly rankings after it ranked at No. 6 the previous week. It also successfully maintained its spot at No. 2 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart, according to Soompi.

It also climbed up to the 3rd spot on Billboard's "Digital Songs Sales" chart after ranking at No. 9 the previous week.

Meanwhile, BTS has been nominated for Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2021 in the "Favorite Song" category and voting is open now. The awards show will air on March 13 on Nickelodeon, TeenNick, Nicktoons, and the Nick Jr. Channels.

The K-pop group also received its first Grammy nomination in the "Best Pop Duo/Group Performance" category with "Dynamite". The 63rd Grammy Awards ceremony is scheduled to broadcast on March 14 on CBS.
