Taylor Swift may have wrote “This Is What You Came For,” but Calvin Harris didn’t give her any credit after the song won him a Moonman award at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Alicia Keys took the stage at Madison Square Garden Sunday night to present the best male video award. Bryson Tiller, Drake, Kanye West and The Weeknd were up for the Moonman, but the award went to Calvin Harris for his song “This Is What You Came For.” Harris couldn’t be at the event due to a show at Creamfields in Liverpool, but he recorded a video to thank his fans for the support.

“MTV this is crazy,” he said in the recording. He proceeded to thank Rihanna for lending her vocals to the song, calling her a “superstar” and “magical.” He also thanked director Emil Nava, adding that he’s a “legend” and his “favorite man on Earth.”

“I love you so much,” he concluded. “This is amazing, I love you, thank you MTV.”

The song was released on April 29, and it was revealed in mid-July that Harris co-wrote the song with his ex-girlfriend, Taylor Swift. A rep for Swift confirmed to People magazine that she wrote “This Is What You Came For” under the pseudonym Nils Sjoberg. The couple split in early June after dating for over a year. Swift’s currently dating “Thor” actor Tom Hiddleston.
