New details of Charlie Sheen’s alleged battle with HIV are emerging by the hour. The latest report is that the 50-year-old “Two and a Half Men” alum didn’t tell his ex-fiancée Brett Rossi about his diagnosis for four months.

The National Enquirer published a report last month that a “Hollywood womanizer” has been infected with HIV for the past four years. On Monday the outlet revealed that its 18-month investigation had exposed Sheen as HIV-positive. According to the Enquirer’s sister site, Radar Online, Sheen had unprotected sex for four months with his porn star mate, who also goes by the name Scottine Ross, before revealing his diagnosis.

Rossi has not publicly commented on the reports, but took to Instagram early Monday to share a photo of herself in lingerie. “Mornings!” she captioned the imaged. “Drinking some #coffee & watching animal planet.”

Sheen and Rossi got engaged on Valentine’s Day 2014. They were engaged for eight months before ending their relationship. Sheen’s publicist, Jeff Ballard, released a statement to Us Weekly last October regarding the end of their engagement.

“Scotty and I had a great year together as we traveled the world and crossed a lot of things off our bucket list,” Sheen said. "She’s a terrific gal, but we’ve mutually decided to go our separate ways and to not spend the rest of our lives together."

In August, Rossi took to Twitter to vent about her relationship with Sheen. In tweets that have since been deleted, she wrote that the “truth always comes out.”

“Only you and I know what happened behind closed doors … And YOU know what happened wasn’t right. So keep spinning people’s wheels,” she posted. “They only listen & agree because they are on ur payroll. Yes, these tweets are aimed directly to u … hope ur minions inform u as they always do.”

Rossi continued to call out Sheen last month in a video obtained by Radar Online. In the video she accuses her ex of abuse and offering to pay her $100,000. The full video can be viewed here.

While Rossi has yet to speak out on the HIV rumors surrounding Sheen, his ex-girlfriend Bree Olson has come forward saying that she has been tested and is negative. She added in an Instagram post that she knows nothing else about the reports.
