Rapper Future, pictured here performing at the 105.1’s Powerhouse 2015 show in New York City on Oct. 22, 2015, recently shared a series of angry tweets regarding his baby's mother Ciara and his custody over the child. Getty

After a very tumultuous breakup between artist Future and his ex-girlfriend Ciara, the feud has apparently taken a major turn that’s made the 32-year-old rapper pretty irate. In a series of tweets posted Monday Future seems to be upset about the custody of their child, Future Zahir Wilburn, specifically over his ability to see him.

The series of tweets began with a message that appears to be about Ciara. He calls her an expletive and then explains that he cannot keep quiet about what’s been going on any longer.

The pertinent information to whatever custody case the artist is referencing stops there in favor of more vague messages like “get ready for this classic,” and “I’m the real deal! No fake no flogging for cameras,” some of which have since been deleted. It would seem that the ongoing feud between the former couple is getting all the more complicated given that his ability to see his son is somehow being called into question. Unfortunately for the Atlanta-born rapper, this isn’t the first time that he’s made public outcries about the way Ciara is raising their son.

Soon after their split, Ciara started dating Seattle Seahawks’ quarterback Russell Wilson. According to TMZ, when Future saw a photo of Wilson out with Ciara pushing his baby in a stroller, he got very upset and accused his ex of using the child as a pawn in their relationship, which he insinuated was just a show for publicity.

“At the end of the day, I’m not for the publicity stunts,” he told The Breakfast Club 105.1 FM near the time of the incident. “Leave my son out of the publicity stunts. Just leave him out of your relationship.”

The couple raised Future’s ire once again in August when Ciara took the boy to Russell Wilson’s training camp, where she shared some photos on Instagram of Baby Future hugging the quarterback, according to Us Weekly. At this time it’s unclear exactly what’s happening between the former couple, but it seems as though Ciara isn’t going to give up custody rights to her baby boy without a legal battle with Future.
