They have overcome several other unexpected obstacles that have threatened their big day, but now, Ben and Ciara are both at the church and ready to say their vows and become husband and wife. However, they still may not have a chance to their happily ever after on the Wednesday, July 22 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

After a rocky road to this point, Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara (Victoria Konefal) are ready to finally become husband and wife on the NBC soap. Still, their wedding day hasn’t gone as smoothly as they’d like either, with him having a haunting dream involving his sister, while she suffered from what was a suspected spiked drink and fired her maid of honor, Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) as a result. However, both were able to put everything behind them, and things are ready to begin.

“Rafe walks Ciara down the aisle,” spoilers reveal.

With Rafe successfully getting the bride to her groom, things will get off to a good start for the couple’s nuptials, though they won’t stay that way for long. A bomb is hidden in the church and ready to be detonated at any point—but it’s unclear when it will happen, and just who will get hurt in the process.

If the couple can get through their vows, they will at least get to share their first married kiss and celebrate for a few minutes—but their walk back up the aisle could be the moment where everything takes a dark and sinister turn.

“Ben and Ciara’s wedding celebration ends with a stunning twist,” spoilers state.

“Days of Our Lives” airs weekdays on NBC.
