DeMario Jackson has expressed his gratitude to his “Bachelor in Paradise” co-stars following the controversy he got into with cast member Corinne Olympios. The 30-year-old has also admitted that he wants to patch things up with Olympios.

On Saturday, Jackson was spotted leaving Toast in Los Angeles. The reality star was briefly interviewed by TMZ, and he revealed that he has agreed to come back for the reunion episode of the series and that he is also appearing on “The Bachelorette’s Men Tell All” special.

Jackson grabbed the chance to thank his castmates when he was interviewed by TMZ. “They’ve been very supportive of me throughout this whole entire thing and I want to all thank them, face to face, give them all hugs, bro-out, sis-out or whatever,” he said. “They’ve been so helpful. I mean, I don’t think you guys understand the support that I’ve had from castmates and producers. I want to just give them all a big ol’ hug and tell them how much I love them.”

Jackson, who admitted that he doesn’t have a clue about the whereabouts of Olympios, disclosed that he is not going to confront the latter if they see each other again on the show. “That’s not who I am as a person. Like, I’m not one of those petty people. I’m a very forgiving person. It’s not just in me,” he said.

Jackson added that he is willing to talk things through with Olympios. “I mean, you attract more bees with honey, and if she’s willing to speak … I’ll wait for her to do it. If she wants to come up to me, we can talk on camera, off-line … whether it’s there or in the future, or 10 years from now,” he said. “I would love to talk to her. I have nothing but love for her and her family, man, that’s it.”

It appears Jackson does not hold a grudge on Olympios despite the latter’s accusation that he made sexual advances on her while they were filming “Bachelor in Paradise” in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The accusation led to producers suspending the filming of the series and also caused Jackson to lose his job. After an internal investigation, Warner Bros. did not find evidence to prove Olympios’ claim of misconduct. Filming for the show was soon resumed, and the series is now set to premiere later this summer, according to Us Weekly.
