The official premiere date of "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" Season 2 has not been revealed yet but a new and exciting set of information about the anime adaptation's return, including its broadcast details, is now available online.

The official website of "Demon Slayer" recently published an update about the broadcast details of the anime's second season. Although the site did not reveal its release date, it confirmed that Season 2 will be broadcast continuously across this year's fall anime season (first cour) and into next year's winter season (second cour).

"Demon Slayer" Season 2 will be available on Fuji TV in Japan, where it will air at 11:45 p.m. JST (10:45 a.m. ET) every Sunday. The second season will air unedited anime content, Fuji TV manager Yuriko Nakamura confirmed Monday.

Its scheduled late-night broadcast could be due to the sensitivity of the topic to be tackled by the much-awaited season, which centers on the Entertainment District Arc. However, the media company's manager assured fans the series has gone through proper review and met the standards. Therefore, its episodes will air without censorship or any changes to the original story.

Meanwhile, Fuji TV will air the unedited version of the phenomenal movie "Demon Slayer-Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugen Train" on Sept. 25. There have been speculations that an announcement about the anime series' second season could take place after the film's broadcast.

The TV premiere of "Demon Slayer: Infinity Train" will follow the airing of five TV specials, which will show and condense the events that took place in the anime's first season. The TV specials will also showcase new art and some never-before-seen materials.

Interestingly, there are some fans who believe "Demon Slayer" Season 2 will roll out in October. If this is really happening, then an official announcement should take place this month.
