Lily Collins is enjoying married life with director Charlie McDowell after tying the knot last month.

The 32-year-old Golden Globe nominee spoke about being a wife during her recent interview with Nylon.

"It's so nice to be able to finally say that I'm a wife, [but] sometimes it makes me feel very old," the "Emily in Paris" star told the outlet.

Collins and McDowell, 38, exchanged "I do's" in early September. As they're both of British-American descent, the couple wanted to incorporate their heritage in the celebration and chose to hold the ceremony in an outdoor wooded venue at Dunton Hot Springs in Dunton, Colorado.

"It was very reminiscent of the rolling hills and forests in England. We're both dual citizens, so it was something that we wanted to lean into," she added.

Collins also shared that she planned the wedding while she was filming the second season of her hit Netflix show, "Emily in Paris," in France.

"I was in the midst of planning it while shooting the show, nine hours ahead. Finishing filming and then Zooming with people and answering emails," she explained. "[It] was very exciting and great; it was just all happening at once."

Collins and McDowell, the son of actress Mary Steenburgen and actor Malcolm McDowell, were first linked in 2019. They went Instagram official in August that year and announced their engagement in September 2020.

For their Sept. 4 nuptials, Collins wore a long-sleeved, hooded lace gown by Ralph Lauren. The enchanted wooded resort with charming log cabins offered the couple a rustic venue.

When she announced that they had tied the knot days later, Collins shared a wedding photo on Instagram where she and her husband can be seen sharing a kiss in front of a cascading waterfall and stacked red rocks.

According to Brides, the venue often hosts weddings and offers the bride and groom a chance to exclusively rent out the entire camp for their big day with personalized menus and luxury accommodations for up to 40 guests.

Collins and McDowell recently returned from their three-and-a-half-week honeymoon, which included a stop at Copenhagen, Denmark.

"It was very much an adventure, foodie trip that is atypical of a honeymoon. It was really experience-driven," Collins said of their recent romantic getaway.

McDowell and Collins will next work together in the upcoming film "Gilded Rage," which the former is directing. The actress will star in the movie, which is based on the infamous 2015 murder of investment banker Thomas Gilbert Sr., with Bill Skarsgard.

The couple previously worked together on their upcoming thriller "Windfall," which will be released on Netflix. No official release date has been announced, but the film is expected to premiere next year.
