New pictures of “Eternals” from the production set have leaked online. The photos reveal Richard Madden’s character Ikaris using his superpowers in London.

In the comics, the role of the Eternals was to protect humankind from the Deviants, but remain hidden in society. In the upcoming film, they will be forced to reveal themselves after the events in “Avengers: Endgame.”

The leaked photos from the production set show Ikaris floating over Black Knight (Kit Harington) and Druig (Barry Keoghan), Screen Rant reported. Madden was seen levitating on the streets of London, thanks to the crane on the set that lifted him up into the air to give the illusion of him floating.

Ikaris is the leader of the superheroes in the film. His powers, apart from flight, include super strength, teleportation, and telepathy. He can also fire cosmic energy on his enemies from his eyes and hands.

The upcoming film will span 7000 years, exploring the various eras of human civilization. However, the main part of the movie will be in present time after “Avengers: Endgame.”

According to Screen Rant, “Eternals” will answer some of the fan questions about the impact of time travel and other elements that were used in the fight against Thanos (Josh Brolin). The issues the movie will have to answer include how many alternate realities the superheroes created and if it is possible to bring back the Mad Titan in the future using the Infinity Stones.

The fans may also get to earn more about the Celestials, who created the Eternals and the Deviants, CBR reported. The presence of these ancient beings has already been teased in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

“Eternals” is being directed by Chloé Zhao. It will be released on Nov. 5. The confirmed characters of the movie include Thena (Angelina Jolie), Ajak (Salma Hayek), Kingo (Kumail Nanjiani), and Sersi (Gemma Chan).
