Mirror Master (Grey Damon) isn’t the only familiar villain who is returning in Season 3, episode 19 of “The Flash.”

The new trailer for the episode reveals the return of Mirror Master’s lover and partner-in-crime, Top (Ashley Rickards). As seen at the end of preview clip, Top, a.k.a. Rosa Dillon, teams up with Mirror Master/Sam Scudder to beat up The Flash (Grant Gustin), who travels to 2024 to find out who Savitar really is.

Sam and Rosa first appeared on the CW series in Season 3, episode 4, aptly titled “The New Rogues.” In a flashback scene in the installment, Sam and Rosa were hit by the dark matter from the S.T.A.R. Labs particle acceleration explosion. After the disaster, Sam found himself trapped in a mirror, while Rosa was locked up in Iron Heights. Three years after, Sam managed to get out of the mirror and break Rosa out of prison using his new metahuman powers.

When Sam found out that Rosa was also affected by the particle accelerator explosion, he thought that they could finally take down Snart (Wentworth Miller). But when Sam learned that Snart was long gone, he decided to just use their abilities to wreak havoc in Central City.

At the end of the episode, Team Flash defeated the pair by using a hologram of Snart. Rosa was returned to her cell in Iron Heights, while Sam was locked away in a separate cell with no reflective surfaces in order to prevent any attempts of escape.

While it’s unclear why Sam and Rosa are on the loose in 2024, it’s possible that someone helped them break out of prison.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Gustin said that Barry’s journey to the future is unlike any time travel he has done before. “This is definitely his most involved trip to the future or the past because he’s there for a predominant part of the episode and tries to get some clues as to how [Iris’ (Candice Patton) murder at the hands of Savitar] went down in the future so he can come back and stop it,” Gustin said.

“The Flash” Season 3, episode 19, titled “The Once and Future Flash,” airs on Tuesday, April 25 at 8 p.m. EDT on The CW.
