‘The Fosters’
Will Stef's (Teri Polo) son, Jesus (Noah Centineo), make it out alive of the hospital in "The Fosters" Season 4, episode 11? Freeform

“The Fosters” Season 4 hasn’t returned from its short winter break yet, but Freeform has already confirmed that the Maia Mitchell-starrer will continue on for at least another season. According to TV Line, the network announced the renewal of “The Fosters” for Season 5 together with the renewal for “The Twins: Happily Ever After?” Season 2.

“The Fosters” Season 4, episode 11 will air on Jan. 31 at 8 p.m. EST and will be followed by the premiere episode for the final season of “Switched at Birth.” In addition to the renewals, the network also confirmed that “Young & Hungry” and “Baby Daddy” will now air on Monday nights instead of Tuesdays starting March 13.

Meanwhile, “The Fosters” Season 4, episode 11, titled “Insult to Injury,” will reveal whether or not Callie (Mitchell) survived the car accident. Jesus (Noah Centineo) also suffered from a brain injury in the premiere episode, and his condition worsened when Mariana’s creepy ex-boyfriend, Nick (Louis Hunter) attacked him. In the promo for the upcoming episode, Stef (Teri Polo) and Lena (Sherri Saum) are worried that Jesus will not survive this time around, after his condition worsened while they were on their way to the hospital.

Elsewhere, Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) will be guilt-ridden over Jesus and Nick’s altercation. After all, when she discovered that Nick was stalking her, she called Jesus for help. The latter immediately went to her rescue and got into a fight with Nick.

Previously, Mariana also got addicted to her brother’s ADHD medication. She will come clean to her two moms about this. Stef and Lena may potentially consider sending Mariana to a rehab facility.
