Willow has been determined to keep her cancer diagnosis a secret, but on the Monday episode of "General Hospital," Michael may try to convince her to reconsider her decision.

In the ABC soap opera promo video, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) tells Michael (Chad Duell) she needs to do things on her terms. "GH" spoilers reveal Michael and Willow have a frank discussion.

In the previous episode, Michael learned that Willow fainted after arguing with Nina. Michael claimed Nina would not have bothered Willow if she knew about the leukemia diagnosis.

Viewers are aware that after Willow told Michael she was diagnosed with cancer, she revealed she did not want to tell anyone else about her health condition.

However, it appears Michael believes Willow's pregnancy amid her chemotherapy would go smoother if everyone knows about what she is going through.

Will Michael convince Willow to stop keeping her cancer diagnosis a secret?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Dex (Evan Hofer) and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) are surprised when Sonny (Maurice Benard) knocks on the door. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal Sonny pressures Dex.

In the previous episode, Dex warned Josslyn to stay away from him moments before the two began a lip-locking session. However, their passionate kiss was interrupted once Sonny began knocking on Dex's door.

Since Sonny will insist that he knows Dex is home, Dex will eventually feel obligated to open the door.

It appears Josslyn will have to scramble to hide while Sonny talks to Dex, but will Sonny get more than he bargained for from his impromptu visit?

Other "GH" spoilers tease Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) tells Austin (Roger Howarth) her plans, Robert (Tristan Rogers) and Laura (Genie Francis) put their heads together, and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) presses Felicia (Kristina Wagner) for information.

"General Hospital" airs on weekdays at 3 p.m. ET on ABC.
