  • The event is called Lost Riches
  • Check out the important details on where to find Ulman and how to start the event

Following the culmination of the Chalk Prince and the Dragon event, miHoYo has launched a new timed event called Lost Riches. The event tasks players to hunt treasures for Iron Coins. Players looking for ways to start the new event could use some of these tips and tricks.

How To Start The Lost Riches Event

Only "Genshin Impact" players with Adventure Rank 20 or higher are qualified to participate in the Lost Riches event. It is also important that they complete the Prologue: Act 1 The Outlander Who Caught The Wind. The event challenges players to look for and collect Iron Coins buried throughout Teyvat and to do this, players need to find Ulman first.

Ulman is a new NPC that serves as the focal point of the Lost Riches event. He will give players the Treasure Book and the special Treasure-Seeking Seelie. These are essential to help players know the locations of the Iron Coins.

The book contains the Treasure Clues or sections of the world map with some regions encircled. Once players visit the highlighted region, the treasure-seeking Seelie will serve as a guide or a special metal detector to locate the hidden Iron Coins. The ground, where the buried treasure is located, will glow when players are near them.

Where To Find Ulman To Start The Lost Riches Event

Players can find Ulman near the Stone gate area in Bishui Plain, Liyue. However, for areas where the event is not yet live, it is impossible to find the NPC. He will only become available as soon as the Lost Riches event kicks off. Based on the official website of "Genshin Impact," the Lost Riches event starts at 10 a.m. ET on Jan. 8. The event will be available in the hit gacha game for ten days. I will end at 3:59 a.m. on Jan. 18.

Game developer miHoyo recently unlocked the Dragonspine area in the game with the arrival of update 1.2. Based on miHoYo's earlier message, it will continue to release regular updates to the game to keep players immersed.

"Genshin Impact" is available on PC, PS4, iOS and Android devices.
