Former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger was rushed to a hospital in Manhattan after suffering from a fall at his home.

Reuters reported that Kissinger, 89, is expected to be released later on Tuesday from New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.

A spokeswoman for the hospital did not provide further details.
