Multiple blood drives will be held Thursday morning to help the victims. The local Waco donor center opens at 9 a.m. and the Providence Hospital Blood Drive will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Carter Blood Care tweeted. Appointments can also be made through the website.
