“Fancy” rapper Iggy Azalea is no stranger to plastic surgery and recently admitted that she had a breast augmentation. But after her appearance at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas Sunday night, some wonder if she went under the knife again. The Australian rapper’s face looks distorted, which led some to suspect a nose job.

After the 24-year-old admitted to “loving her new look” on Instagram, experts exclusively told Hollywood Life Azalea probably got a rhinoplasty -- i.e., a nose job -- and probably a chin implant as well. “The tip of her nose looks much more defined in the May picture, and broader and flatter in the March picture,” New York plastic surgeon Dr. David Cangello told Hollywood Life. “Her chin definitely looks more projected, as well. It actually appears to be a bit crooked, which can happen as the result of misplacement of a chin implant.”

Dr. Yoel Shahar, a cosmetic plastic surgeon at Natural Look Institute in New York City, echoed the sentiment. “It’s obvious that she underwent rhinoplasty recently, since the nose looks different. It’s shorter, straighter and the tip is rotated upward and narrower,” he said. “She also appears to have had a chin implant that looks pointy and created asymmetric jawlines. A successful outcome!"

Even though it’s widely suspected Azalea underwent a Brazilian butt lift to achieve a larger booty, the blonde starlet has never admitted to that surgery. Azealia Banks, who has called out Azalea numerous times in the past, seemingly slammed the “Black Widow” rapper again after her BBMA look -- and she didn’t have anything favorable to say.

Azalea, whose real name is Amethyst Amelia Kelly, did not address the plastic surgery rumors on social media. In fact, she announced she would take a break from Twitter after trolls supposedly hounded her about "cellulite" bikini pictures in February.
