Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence admitted to doing what most people do on a daily basis: She Googled. The “Hunger Games” star opened up in an interview with the New York Times and talked about the hazards of searching her name on the Internet, her newfound friendship with comedian and “Trainwreck” star Amy Schumer and how she wound up in bed with “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” momager Kris Jenner.

As a young star, Lawrence, who turned 25 Aug. 15, admitted she has a hard time abstaining from searching herself on the Web. “You try being 22, having a period and staying away from Google. I once Googled ‘Jennifer Lawrence Ugly,’ ” the Kentucky native told the Times Thursday.

On a more serious note, she recognized scrutiny is unavoidable in Hollywood. “... I just try to acknowledge that this scrutiny is stressful, and that anyone would find it stressful. So I’ve got to try to let it go, and try to be myself, and focus on important things, like picking up dog poop.”

J.Law said she became friends with Schumer after she saw the July release “Trainwreck.” They exchanged emails and texts, and after numerous laughs they decided to write a screenplay together.

“Amy and I were creatively made for each other. We have different flavors. It’s been the most fun experience of my life. We start the day off on the phone, laughing,” she said. “And then we send each other pages. And we crack up.”

As for Kris Jenner, she was an unexpected guest at Lawrence's birthday party -- and she brought out the cake at the bash. "It was the closest I’ve ever come to losing consciousness,” Lawrence said. The two quickly bonded, sang karaoke and took the now-viral picture of them in bed together.
