Jordyn Woods Says It’s ‘Draining’ Being Kylie Jenner’s Best Friend: Find Out Why

Model Jordyn Woods and “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kylie Jenner are the best of friends who enjoy spending time together, but Woods admitted that it can be exhausting being the lip kit mogul’s go-to girl.

In a recent trailer for the new reality series “Life of Kylie,” Woods talks about her friendship with Jenner. “It’s draining sometimes being Kylie's best friend,” she says.

However, Woods was probably referring to the difficulty of living under the spotlight. Since Jenner is constantly being hounded by the press and paparazzi, Woods probably feels the pressure too whenever she’s with her best friend.

Jenner herself opened up about her life on the spotlight in the trailer. “When you grow up on camera, everybody feels like they know you. There’s two sides of me. There's an image that I feel constantly pressured to keep up with and then there's who I really am. That’s who I want you guys to get to know,” she says.

Woods earlier talked to Obsessee about her stint in “Life of Kylie.” Even though she is excited for her friend’s new undertaking, the model admitted that it’s overwhelming to be under public scrutiny.

“I’m also just a little bit nervous because you open yourself up just a little bit more to the world and you allow more people to give their opinion on your life,” she said. “It’s on a larger scale now. It’s going to be more, like, ‘What are people saying?’ And you can’t allow that to affect what’s going on with you.”

During the same interview, Woods shared her distaste for the term “plus size.” She said clothing companies should simply do away with the distinction and offer clothes for everyone.

“Yes, I’m a ‘curve’ model, but to be completely honest, I feel like there should be no separate sections in fashion - there should just be one,” she said. “If it fits, it fits, and if it doesn’t, it doesn’t.”

Woods might be featured in “Life of Kylie,” but Jenner’s on-again, off-again boyfriend Tyga probably won’t make the cut. They broke up earlier this year, and Jenner started dating hip-hop artist Travis Scott.
