Kim Zolciak is still recovering, but she's already itching to get back in the ballroom on ABC's "Dancing With the Stars." The reality TV star suffered several mini-strokes while traveling last week. Kim, 37, recently updated her fans on her health before revealing her fate on Season 21 of "DWTS."

The mother of six and former "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star released a statement to Us Weekly early Monday in which she thanked her fans for "their love and support" throughout this difficult time. Kim revealed that she has been released from the hospital and is spending her time with family and is focusing on her recovery. She appeared hopeful that she will be able to make a return to "DWTS," but did not share with fans whether or not she will appear on Monday's episode.

"I am now home with my family, resting and taking care of my health. I can't express enough how much I love dancing and this whole experience, and I hope this will not be the end of dancing," she said.

Although Kim made no mention of a definite return to the stage for Season 21 of "DWTS" it has been said that she and partner Tony Dovolani have been practicing. As we previously reported, sources told TMZ that the Bravo TV star, who was sent home from the hospital Friday, was working on an upcoming routine with her partner. The theme for Monday night's episode is "TV Night." Each of the remaining teams have created routines to theme songs from popular TV shows. It is not clear which theme song Kim and Tony, 42, decided on.

Kim shared the frightening news about her mini-stroke on Sept. 24 via Instagram. She uploaded a photo of herself in a hospital gown sharing with fans that, after returning home to Atlanta from "DWTS" practice she "suffered a TIA (mini stroke)." She revealed that she lost the feeling in the entire left side of her body and was unable to form words. Thanks largely in part to the quick action of friends and family who were home at the time, Kim was able to get to a hospital in a timely manner. The following day the "Don't Be Tardy" star underwent one last procedure, but assured followers that she was OK. Throughout the entirety of her hospital stay Kim was surrounded by family and friends, including her "DWTS" partner.

"DWTS" airs Monday and Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
