Rumors are almost always swirling about the Kardashian and Jenner sisters, and the most recent one claims that the eldest, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star Kourtney Kardashian, had butt implants. The mother of three hasn’t responded to the gossip about her voluptuous derriere, but in the past she has been open about having plastic surgery.

Speculation about the authenticity of Kourtney Kardashian’s butt swirled Tuesday after the blog Media Take Out claimed the pint-size E! reality star got implants. “Remember back in the day when Kourtney was the ONLY Kardashian with a FLAT BUTT ... well those days are in the past,” the blog wrote. “By the looks of the latest pics of Kourtney ... she's gotten FAT REPLACEMENT SHOTS in her butt.”

Kardashian, 36, who recently split from longtime boyfriend Scott Disick, 32, has not responded to the rumors. If she did get implants or fat injections, she probably would admit to it since she copped to having breast implants years ago.

In fact, she is the only Kardashian sister who has revealed she went under the knife. "I have had breast implants, but it's so funny 'cause it's not a secret, I could care less," Kourtney Kardashian said in a 2010 interview with “Nightline.” "It's so funny because the 'before' picture that they [In Touch magazine] showed was after I had my boob job, so I'm like, they should have written 'before Mason' and 'after Mason.' Like my boobs have like tripled since breastfeeding." At the time of the interview, her son Mason was 5 months old.

Kim Kardashian West has been rumored to have had a nose job, fat injections and breast implants. But the 34-year-old has admitted only to getting Botox. After lying for months, Kylie Jenner finally came clean about using temporary lip fillers. She also is suspected of getting breast implants and fat injections. While Jenner, 18, has remained mum about her backside, she denied getting a boob job. Instead, she credited a Victoria’s Secret bra for her fuller look.
