Kyle Richards may leave "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" after filming the latest season took a toll on her, according to the reality star.

Richards, the only remaining original cast member of "RHOBH," teased her future on the Bravo series during an interview with E! News at NBCUniversal's upfronts presentation Monday.

"I always say, 'I don't know,' and each season I think, 'Well maybe I can do one more,'" she said. "And sometimes I'm just like, 'How can I keep doing this?' especially when I get really upset, like this last season when we ended."

The 53-year-old actress admitted that she felt it was time to end her tenure on the show and move on after she wrapped up filming "RHOBH" Season 12, which is currently airing on Bravo.

"I was like, 'There's absolutely no way,'" she recalled. "'I'm done. I'm finished. I want to live my life in peace. I can't take this.'"

However, Richards suggested that she may still change her mind after taking time to "digest" the season, telling the outlet: "I don't know. I just take it day by day."

Richards didn't share the reason why she found the latest season difficult to shoot, the outlet noted. However, it was not a secret that she had a falling out with her co-star sister Kathy Hilton.

When Richards appeared on "Watch What Happens Live" on May 11, the reality star admitted that she and her sister "were having a little bit of a rough patch after the season."

Richards and Hilton were not on speaking terms at one point. However, when Richards' best friend Lorene Shea passed away earlier this month following struggles with mental illness, the sisters patched up their differences.

"My sisters and I are speaking again because they've also known Lorene since she was seven," Richards said on "WWHL," explaining that she was able to reconcile with her other sister, Kim Richards, as well. "So, you know, life works in funny ways."

In an emotional post on Instagram on May 7, Richards wrote that she was in an "unbearable pain" after losing her childhood best friend, who suffered from "debilitating depression."

"We did everything together, from losing our baby teeth to having babies and everything in between and everything that followed," she wrote.

Hilton commented on Richards' post saying she was "speechless" over Shea's death, adding that she loved her and remembered her as a "sweet, happy person."

"I know how lost you [feel] right now. Just know what a wonderful friend and sister you were to her and she will always be with you," Hilton added, addressing Richards. "She will be your guardian angel. I love you so much, and it breaks my heart to watch suffer. All you can do is be there for children and family and pray."

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EDT on Bravo.
