LaLa ‘Responds’ To Carmelo Anthony Cheating Rumors In Cryptic Instagram Post After Patrice E's Maino Accusations

American radio and television personality LaLa Anthony doesn’t seem bothered by rumors she cheated on her husband, New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony. The star took to her Instagam page Wednesday to write a message about “haters” after she was accused of having an affair with Brooklyn rapper Maino. The accusation came from Patrice E, a woman who claims to be his girlfriend, Bossip noted.

“If you ain’t got no haters, you ain’t popping,” LaLa, 32, wrote after a dinner date with actors Poppy Montgomery and Kathy Najimy. The post received nearly 16,000 likes from her 3.5 million followers.

The photo shows Montgomery and Najimy wearing shirts that say “got haters?” Commenters had plenty to say about the post, which garnered more than 500 responses. Some people said things like, “I can’t believe you cheated” and others simply asked if she had an affair. Many people also tagged Patrice.

The drama unraveled when Patrice left a now-deleted comment under one of LaLa’s Instagram pictures. Fortunately, Bossip took a screenshot of her message before it was removed.

Her remark of was full of curses: “@lala does you husband know that your hoe ass has been f------ my daughter’s father. That you slept over his house the other night after the movies. A man that is with me and his family every damn night. How does it feel to be the slut responsible for his daughter never waking up to her father ever again!” But Patrice wasn’t done there. “[You’re] a disgrace to women everywhere,” she wrote. “Typical married slut.”

Fans are taking sides, and it seems like many people believe the rumor. LaLa’s name became a top-trending Twitter topic Thursday as people discussed whether she actually cheated.

While LaLa gave a cryptic response to the allegation, Carmelo Anthony, 31, has not issued a statement about the reputed infidelity.
