Billionaire MacKenzie Scott donated an additional $275 million to Planned Parenthood, the women’s healthcare organization announced on Wednesday, mentioning it being a time of need for funds amid an attack on sexual and reproductive health care.

Scott pledged to donate money to “underrepresented people from groups of all kinds” and has donated over $3 billion dollars to various organizations including Planned Parenthood since last June, she wrote in a Medium post Wednesday. She is worth about $49 billion after her divorce from Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, according to Forbes.

“We are incredibly grateful for Ms. Scott’s extraordinary philanthropic investment in Planned Parenthood, as a critical part of the public health infrastructure,” president and CEO Alexis McGill Johnson said in a press release.

“There is no question that we are living through a crisis for sexual and reproductive health and rights in this country. As we face the most serious attacks on access to reproductive health care that we’ve seen in a generation, we know this moment requires us to be innovative and to double down on our efforts to ensure everyone has equitable access to health care, including abortion,” Johnson added.

Access to abortions has declined in the U.S. since Republican States have started imposing tighter restrictions on both procedures and medications.

This includes an almost complete ban on abortions in Texas and other states restricting the amount of time that a pregnant woman is eligible for an abortion.

Planned Parenthood explained that the donations will support its efforts to offer equal healthcare services to its patients.
