Miley Cyrus Reportedly Told To Delete Twitter By Fiancé Liam Hemsworth; Are The Couple In Trouble?
A couple weeks ago Miley Cyrus raised eyebrows with a couple tweets that seemed to be about her relationship with fiancé Liam Hemsworth. Now reports are circulating that those few social media statements may be causing some trouble in paradise for the duo.
On Sept. 13, Cyrus tweeted a couple statements that appeared to be directed toward her relationship with Hemsworth.
“Ever feel like you want just ... something more. Not sure what exactly ... passion perhaps?”
The 19-year-old singer and actress then followed up her Twitter comment with another one. “Sometimes I feel like I love everyone more than they love me. Hatttte that feeling.”
Cyrus wasn’t done, though, she concluded her mysterious tweets with, “Thought of the day: Maybe it’s not that they love you less, they just love you the most they are capable of loving.”
While Miley Cyrus never came out directly stating that her tweets were about Liam Hemsworth, it’s easy to understand why her fiance is reportedly upset.
A source revealed to Star magazine that, “Miley’s tweet was such a huge insult to Liam. She tried to pass it off like it had nothing to do with him, but it totally affected him, no matter what she tries to say.”
The passionate Twitter rant reportedly got Hemsworth riled up enough to demand that she delete her account all together.
“She was trying to get his attention, but she just ended up making him pull away from her more,” continued the source. “He think she’s acting like an immature schoolgirl, and he wants her to get off Twitter completely.”
If Cyrus decides to delete her Twitter account, it won’t be the first time that she left the social networking site. Cyrus quit once before in 2009, reports HollwoodLife.com. Her reasoning for leaving then were also reportedly due to her then-budding relationship with Liam Hemsworth.
Cyrus and Hemsworth, 22, met on the set of 2009’s “The Last Song.” The pair got engaged this past May, with Hemsworth proposing with a 3.5 carat diamond ring from jeweler Neil Lane, reported People.com.
The young couple do not have a wedding date set yet. Miley Cyrus, who recently chopped off her locks for a short platinum ‘do, revealed to E! Online that she’s focusing on her new album.
“I’m really excited to get obviously married, but I kind of already feel married,” she explained in September at the MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles. “I know we’re forever and I don’t really need a paper right now.”
