Miley Cyrus gave her dad Billy Ray Cyrus an Instagram lesson when he shared a blurred photo on social media.

The picture posted by the 58-year-old musician is a digital snapshot of a physical photograph. The photo looks blurry, but viewers were still able to identify the people standing in it.

The “Wrecking Ball” hitmaker saw the poor quality of the image and decided to give her dad some useful tips in the comments section.

The 26-year-old singer commented that her father should not take photos of photos with a Blackberry and told him to get the iPad that his wife gave him on his birthday.

The gentle teasing between the father and daughter came a couple of days after it was reported that Miley’s relationship with model Kaitlynn Carter has ended. She seems to be unfazed by the split, and she even shared a racy picture of herself on social media in which she is being accompanied by her pet dog.

The singer gave her first performance after her breakup at the iHeartRadio Festival in Las Vegas. Cyrus was seen sporting black leather pants and top with straps that exposed her abs. She also sported a pair of leather gloves and completed the look with huge sunglasses.

Cyrus and Carter were seen together on numerous occasions over the past month, but the singer never commented about their sightings together.

Her split from ex-husband and actor Liam Hemsworth became quite controversial when Page Six reported that the “Hunger Games” actor only found out about his separation from Cyrus through social media. The actor decided to stay quiet after the split and addressed the matter three days after the statement was released.

According to a report, Hemsworth wanted for things between them to work out, but the photos of Cyrus kissing her then-rumored girlfriend just ended all the possibilities.

Hemsworth and Cyrus met on the set of their movie “The Last Song” in 2009. At the time, Hemsworth was new to the industry while the “Malibu” hitmaker was a household name thanks to her Disney show “Hannah Montana.”

The couple was in an on-again, off-again romance for nearly ten years. They decided to tie the knot in a secret ceremony at Cyrus’ house in Tennessee, six years after their first engagement.
