An Amber alert was issued Thursday for a 15-month-old toddler from Sullivan County, Tennessee, who has been missing for more than two months.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation shared the Amber alert on its social media, along with photos of Evelyn Boswell, who was last seen Dec. 1.

She is described as a white, 2-feet tall, weighing 28 pounds, and has blonde hair and blue eyes. She was wearing a pink tracksuit, pink shoes and a pink hair bow.

“Right now we’re not sure of her exact location,” Sullivan County Sheriff's Office PIO Capt. Andy Seabolt told reporters. “It could be anywhere from what we know. We’re conducting the investigation, and obviously we’ve been talking to as many people as we’ve come in contact with that knew about the child. We have several others we will be speaking with as well, and we’ve also been receiving some leads we’ve been following up on. ... We want to know why the child was not reported missing earlier.”

The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office said it was told about Evelyn by the State of Tennessee Department of Children's Services on Tuesday. An office spokesperson said they were told “certain family members” last saw her “near the end of November 2019 and the first of December 2019.”

Evelyn’s mother, Megan Boswell, and father, Ethan Perry, reportedly have been aiding law enforcement in their search. Perry is an active duty officer in the U.S. military stationed in Louisiana.

Anyone with information about Evelyn’s possible whereabouts is asked to contact either the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office or Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
