National Donut Day 2015 Freebies: Dunkin’ Donuts And 6 Other Places Offering Free Food June 5

Don't forget to grab a free donut, or if you prefer, doughnut, with your coffee on Friday! In honor of National Donut Day 2015, several chains across the United States will be giving free donuts to customers. Ahead of the June 5 celebration, find out where and when to get your National Donut Day freebies.

Here are seven businesses participating this year:

Dunkin’ Donuts

Just like last year, you can get a free donut with your coffee at Dunkin' Donuts on National Donut Day. Customers who purchase any beverage get a free donut of their choice (excluding Croissant Donuts and Cheesecake Squares). The offer is valid Jue 5 at their locations worldwide while supplies last.

Krispy Kreme

We hope you’re hungry! Krispy Kreme is giving a free donut to Facebook friends. To get your sweet treat, just “like” Krispy Kreme’s official Facebook page. After you do so, the company will send you a coupon to get your free donut. Simply show the coupon at any participating Krispy Kreme location on June 5 to get your freebie.

Doughnut Plant NYC

If you’re in the New York City area this Friday, consider making a stop at Doughnut Plant NYC. The bakery and coffee shop will be giving one complimentary Carnival Sprinkles Mini Cake Doughnut with every purchase. The offer is valid while supplies last.

Entenmann’s

Can you imagine winning free donuts for a year? As part of its fifth annual National Donut Day celebration, Entenmann’s will be teaming up with the Salvation Army. For each participant who enters the “Free Donuts for a Year” sweepstakes on Facebook, Entenmann’s will donate $1 to the Salvation Army (up to $30k). All entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. EDT on July 3. The winner will be randomly selected. No purchase is necessary to enter, but Entenmann’s is releasing their new, Rich Frosted Patriotic Donut Eight Pack in honor of the celebration!

Cumberland Farms

If you purchase a hot or iced coffee or a Chill Zone beverage this Friday, Cumberland Farms will give you a free donut from its bakery case. The offer is valid from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. Cumberland Farms’ hot and iced coffee retail for 99 cents at any size.

Fractured Prune Doughnuts

Do you want a free donut with no stipulations this National Donut Day? Fractured Prune Doughnuts is planning to give away free OC Sands (a honey glazed and cinnamon sugar concoction) on June 5. Find a participating location here.

LaMar’s Donuts

Every customer who visits a LaMar’s Donuts locations on June 5 will receive a free donut -- no purchase necessary. The offer includes any regular donut that is already available. In celebration of the event, LaMar’s will be partnering with the Salvation Army in an effort to “take a bite out of child hunger.” A portion of their proceeds from sales on Friday will go directly to the foundation.
