  • Bethesda officially announced "The Elder Scrolls 6" a couple of years ago
  • Following the announcement trailer, Bethesda went silent about "The Elder Scrolls 6"
  • However, a recent discovery maybe an indication that Bethesda might release solid news about "The Elder Scrolls 6"

Bethesda announced “The Elder Scrolls 6” at the E3 2018 where it released an official trailer to launch the title. Since then, executives at the gaming studio have repeatedly remarked that new information about the much-awaited title would only be available after the release of “Starfield.” Interestingly, a new report surfaced, which might hint that “The Elder Scrolls 6” fans could soon get further official information about their highly anticipated game.

A report from Comicbook revealed that Bethesda has recently made an exciting update on the official website of “Starfield.” According to the site, there is now an ESRB rating pending logo on the bottom right-hand corner of the website. The U.K. official website of the game has a provisional PEGI rating, the organization in charge of classifying and rating games in the U.K., revealed the report.

While these ratings do not mean anything yet, the site claimed that it is highly suggestive that the official reveal of “Starfield” is happening soon. The gaming industry is approaching the reveal season, and more games are getting announced anytime soon. The site also toyed with the idea why Bethesda would update its websites with these logos if it is not planning to make a move for the game.

If the changes in the official websites of “Starfield” are indicative of the game’s announcement and release, there is a chance that “Elder Scrolls 6” fans could soon get solid new about their much-awaited title. It can be recalled that Todd Howard has repeatedly said in various interviews that the only time “Elder Scrolls 6” fans could hear news about the game is after the release of “Starfield.” Bethesda’s Pete Hines also said the same in a recent tweet.

When he was asked by a Twitter user when he could possibly hear news about “The Elder Scrolls 6,” Hines answered after the release of “Starfield.” Details about the upcoming space exploration game from Bethesda are scarce. But, if rumors about its imminent launch are accurate, it is only a matter of time that fans would learn more about the game.

With the arrival of the PS5 and the Xbox Series X in the holiday of 2020, game developers are most likely preparing to launch their titles.
