Sorry ladies, but crop tops have cropped up again.

At the myriad of shows we've seen at New York Fashion Week beginning on Thursday, Sept. 5, stomach-baring tops were everywhere. From Rodarte, which showed several, to Kaufmanfranco, to Tommy Hilfiger to Diane von Furstenberg, abs were sported on the runway and will be a trend, like it or not, for Spring 2014.

And it's not just us. Even the newly appointed Lucky magazine Editor-in-Chief Eva Chen noticed, posting the first photo from her "midriff"-is-back series on Instagram from the Richard Chai show.

"Dear ladies: sorry, midriffs are still a thing. Keep on crunching," she wrote. In one post, she wrote: "You all know what I'm about to say: get crunching (and lunging)!" And another: "Get thee to core fusion... more crop tops." It just didn't stop for Chen.

Girls, you've got six months to prepare. Don't say we didn't warn you.
