The official release of "One Piece" Chapter 1002 is just a few days away and while earlier spoilers revealed that the fight between the Supernovas and the Emperors of the Sea would go on, the chapter's scans highlight the massive Yonko-level power-up of the Straw Hats' captain Luffy.

A detailed summary based on the raw scans of "One Piece" Chapter 1002 is now available online, thanks to the insiders in the community. And while the scans support the information leaked from the previous sets of spoilers, they also underline Luffy's remarkable improvement since the start of his adventure. The young boy from the Foosha Village is still the same happy-go-lucky person but his power level and his strength to endure powerful hits and prolonged battles are now unbelievable.

Based on the scans, "One Piece" Chapter 1002 shows Big Mom and Kaido subtly amazed at Luffy. Charlotte Linlin flaunts a new attack called Tenman Daijisai Tenjin, similar to Enel's Mamaragan, where she releases a rain of thunders from the sky. While other Supernovas are struck and probably singed, Luffy manages to jump back up in the air.

In the upcoming chapter, Big Mom asks Luffy why her attack does not affect him, to which Luffy responds, "Because I'm rubber." Kaido lets out his devastating Bolo Breath attack, the same attack he used that destroyed the Kuri Castle. However, Luffy withstands it. Kaido is then fascinated because apart from lightning and thunder launched by Big Mom, his opponent is also tough enough to brave one of his powerful strikes.

The latest "One Piece" Chapter 1002 raw scans also reveal some of Luffy's new attacks. This includes the Gomu Gomu no Kong Gatoringu, which he uses on Kaido at the end of the chapter. After Kaido unleashes his Kaifu, Luffy retaliates with another new attack called Gomu Gomu no Kong Raifuru, a powerful punch that throws Kaido's head backward.

Luffy also uses his Gomu Gomu no Rhino Schneider to punch Kaido in the face when he tries to chomp on Killer. Braving heavy attacks from the Yonkos and unleashing the powerful ones that can shake them are solid indicators that Luffy deserves the Fifth Emperor of the Sea title Morgans gave him.
