‘Pretty Little Liars’ Season 6 Spoilers: Premiere Synopsis Released Online; Episode 1 To Reveal Pieces Of Charles’ Story
Do you have questions about Charles? Join the club! “Pretty Little Liars” fans finally learned the real name of “A” in the Season 5 finale, but unfortunately the big reveal only brought along a ton more questions. Viewers have been waiting for months to get their hands on some answers, and it sounds like some will be coming in the Season 6 premiere.
ABC Family released the synopsis of episode 1, and the title – “Game On, Charles” – hints that the Liars will not be holding back from their captor. When we last left off Hanna (Ashley Benson), Emily (Shay Mitchell), Aria (Lucy Hale), Spencer (Troian Bellisario) and Mona (Janel Parrish) had tried to escape Charles’ dollhouse by creating a tool that would shut down the power. They made it outside the dollhouse just in time for the power to come back on and find that the courtyard was surrounded by an electric fence. The finale ended with the girls in a hopeless situation … and that’s exactly where the Season 6 premiere will pick up.
“The future looks bleak as the Liars are still stuck in Charles’ twisted web,” the episode 1 description teases. “Game On, Charles” will pick up “moments” after the finale ended – but the twist now is that Charles is pretty angry with them.
Based on photos it looks like “A” will keep the ladies locked out of the dollhouse. While that doesn’t sound like too much of a punishment, they’ll be forced to face the elements in nothing but the prom dresses they left in. And that’s not the worst of it. The synopsis continues that the Liars will get involved in “more demented and darker” games that will leave them struggling to survive.
Fortunately the girls have they boyfriends to help. Ezra (Ian Harding), Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) and Toby (Keegan Allen) will all be working tirelessly to find the girls … “with or without Rosewood P.D.’s help.”
“Pretty Little Liars” fans will have to tune in for the premiere to find out what happens next, but one thing is certain – Charles’ story will start to unravel as part of the “summer of answers.”
