Prince Charles is rumored to have been upset at Meghan Markle for canceling on him at the last minute. And royal fans have shared their thoughts on the matter.

On the online forum site Quora, royal fans claimed that it is unlikely that the heir to the throne was miffed at the Duchess of Sussex because there was no cancelation that happened.

Eileen Wood, a self-employed individual, said that Prince Charles’ exhibition happened a year ago.

According to the gutter press liars, the Duchess of Sussex was invited by the Prince of Wales to be a “special guest star”.

“First, the Prince of Wales was not the host. He was the ‘special guest star.’ He accepted an invitation; he didn't issue them. ‘Special guest star’ is not a phrase that would have been used to describe any guest at the event ever. And, most importantly, no Royal would be disappointed when another Royal can't accept a last-minute invitation. Riyal schedules are made months, if not years, in advance,” she said.

But Graham Short, a musician, writer, and entertainer, thinks otherwise. He said that Prince Charles wasn’t miffed at Prince Harry’s wife because he was most likely furious at her.

“Charles isn’t happy with the growing rift between Harry and the rest of the Royal Family - never mind the rift between his two sons. It is no secret that he is worried about his youngest son. He blames Harry and Meghan Markle for undermining his work overseas, as well as his own TV documentary,” he said.

Short also said that Prince Charles was initially very supportive of Markle when she first joined the royal family. But he was definitely let down when she canceled on him at the last minute. Short also noted the fact that Markle snubbed Queen Elizabeth’s invitation to spend the summer with her in Balmoral. This suggests that the Duchess of Sussex is too busy for the members of the royal family.
