Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are scheduled to tie the knot in 2020. They announced their engagement in October.

“The Duke and Duchess of York are delighted to announce the engagement of Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice of York to Mr. Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi," the official announcement released by the royal family read. "Her Royal Highness and Mr. Mapelli Mozzi became engaged while away for the weekend in Italy earlier this month. The wedding will take place in 2020. Further details will be announced in due course.” However, no official wedding date has been announced up to this writing.

In a recent report, ITV shared that the eldest daughter of Sarah Ferguson has started planning for her upcoming wedding with Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. The publication claimed that the sister of Princess Eugenie might opt for a simpler wedding ceremony. Rumors have it that the event is likely to be held in Guards Chapel in London or inside a chapel in Windsor Castle.

People, previously, reported that that Princess Beatrice and Edoardo’s wedding will be different from Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s nuptials last year. “Beatrice and Eugenie are super close, but they are very different,” a source told the entertainment news outlet. “Beatrice is more serious and Eugenie is the outgoing extrovert, she’s so bubbly and fun. Beatrice is more reserved and discreet. She holds back more, she is very polite, very well-educated but more formal and quiet in her personality, so I think it will be a very different wedding to Eugenie’s,” it went on.

Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi have yet to finalize the details of their wedding. Hence, avid followers of the couple should take these speculations with a huge grain of salt until everything is proven true and correct.

Meanwhile, rumors about Prince William having bad blood with Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice have been making rounds online for quite some time now. Though the elder brother of Prince Harry appears to have a good relationship with York sisters, speculations about their alleged rift continue to spread in cyberspace. Now, a recent report claimed that Queen Elizabeth allowed one of Prince Andrew’s daughters to break a rule but not for Kate Middleton’s better half.

Daily Express reported that Queen Elizabeth did not ban Princess Beatrice from bringing her fiancé, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, during the Christmas church service at Sandringham. The media outlet claimed it is something Prince William was not able to do when he was still dating Kate Middleton. In fact, the Duchess of Cambridge was only invited to the royal Christmas a year following their wedding in 2011.

By tradition, only royal spouses are invited to attend the said affair. However, with the presence of Italian property tycoon, the royal rule was, obviously broken. Other members seen during the church service include Prince William, Kate Middleton, and their eldest two kids – Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
