Robin Williams isn't a fan of the Givenchy dress Kim Kardashian wore to the Met Gala earlier this week in New York.

The 61-year-old comedian, who played Mrs. Doubtfire in the 1993 comedy of the same name, dissed the reality star on Twitter.

Posting a photo of himself in one of Mrs. Doubtfire’s dresses, which looked eerily similar to Kardashian’s floral gown, Williams tweeted, “I think I wore it better!”

His comment has been retweeted more than 140,000 times.

“Not nice … but hilarious …,” responded one fan.

“I think EVERYONE agrees!” said another.

Kardashian, 31, who was reportedly banned from the gala in previous years by Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour who hosts the evening and approves every star who enters, attended the annual event with boyfriend Kanye West, who also performed. The expectant mother may have had one the most discussed dresses of the night, wearing a floral gown by Italian fashion designer Riccardo Tisci for Givenchy, complete with matching gloves and sandals.

Many of her followers on Instagram weren't fans of the ensemble when she posted photos of her outfit on the social media site.

“Yuck,” wrote more than one commenter.

“Don't want to be mean … but you need to fire your stylist! You have to remember that you are pregnant and can't wear all the same things that you used to! You're not fat, you're just wearing the wrong clothes! Get empire waist dresses and pastel spring colors!” another person suggested.

Despite the criticism, Kardashian's designer has stood up for her and his fashion sense. “People can say what they want. To me, pregnancy is the most beautiful thing in the world, and when you celebrate something, you give people flowers," he said. "I think she looked amazing. She was the most beautiful pregnant woman I dressed in my career.”
