Grace needs Harris help to find her daughter, Zoe, in Season 1, episode 11 of “Salvation.”

In a sneak peek from this week’s episode of the CBS series, Grace (Jennifer Finnigan) goes to Harris’ (Ian Anthony Dale) office and tells him what she has just found out about Zoe (Rachel Drance) and his son, Dylan (André Dae Kim).

“They’re involved, Harris,” Grace reveals to the new Secretary of Defense. “I don’t how they found each other, but they did. I saw them kissing in a car.”

Thinking that Dylan has dragged Zoe into something dangerous, Grace asks Harris’ help to find her. Harris, however, bluntly says that it’s not his priority. “We just lost our President. We have an extinction level event hanging over us. This is not the most pressing issue,” Harris tells Grace.

But in an attempt to calm Grace down, Harris tells her that she has nothing to worry about because Dylan is just “an activist and not a killer.” Harris goes on to say that even if he wants to find his son, he doesn’t know where to look. “He doesn’t response to texts, to calls,” Harris reveals. “He doesn’t tell me where he lives, and my ex hasn’t heard from him in weeks.”

Grace tells Harris that she feels that Zoe and Dylan are hiding something big from them, but Harris insists that whatever it is, he knows that it doesn’t compare to what’s going on in Pentagon. Disappointed by how Harris reacted to the news, Grace tells him she isn’t coming back to work until she finds Zoe.

Last week’s Season 1, episode 10 ended without any apparent threat to Zoe and Dylan, but the synopsis for the upcoming installment reveals that the pair’s lives are put in jeopardy. While it remains unclear how Zoe and Dylan end up in danger, Grace and Harris’ enemies in the government may have something to do with it.

In another sneak peek from the upcoming episode, Tess (Autumn Reeser) finds out that Darius (Santiago Cabrera) named one of his greatest inventions after her. That discovery makes her realize that she’d broken Darius’ heart after she married another man. Apparently, Tess and Darius still have feelings for one another, because right after she asks him if he believes in second chances, the two go for a kiss without any hesitation.

“Salvation” Season 1, episode 11, titled “All In,” airs on Wednesday, Sept. 6 at 9 p.m. EDT on CBS.
