There are plenty of ways to bet on the 2022 NFL playoffs without picking winners against the spread or on the moneyline for a specific game. Prop bets and futures offer bettors the chance to make high-reward wagers for the divisional round and beyond.

The Green Bay Packers, Kansas City Chiefs, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tennessee Titans are favored to win their divisional-round games. The Buffalo Bills, Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco 49ers and Cincinnati Bengals are underdogs this weekend.

Here are a few of the best long-shot bets available at various sportsbooks.

Most passing yards on divisional weekend: Josh Allen +600 [DraftKings Sportsbook]

Five quarterbacks are given a better chance than Allen to throw for the most yards in the divisional round, but there are indications that Buffalo’s star will have a big night in Kansas City. The over/under of 54.5 for the Bills’ game is easily the highest of the weekend. That means there should be a ton of points and yards in Sunday’s matchup.

Allen was nearly perfect in the wild-card round, completing 21 of 25 passes for 308 yards and an incredible 12.3 yards per attempt. The quarterback had nearly identical stats in Buffalo’s Week 5 win over Kansas City, throwing for 315 yards on 12.1 yards per attempt. No playoff team gives up more passing yards per game than the Chiefs.

If Kansas City scores a lot of points, as expected, it could force Allen to throw more. Allen had 287 passing yards in a 38-24 loss against the Chiefs in the 2021 AFC Championship Game.

Super Bowl matchup: Tennessee Titans vs. Green Bay Packers +1000 [FanDuel Sportsbook]

It’s not often that you’ll get 10/1 odds for both No. 1 seeds to make the Super Bowl. Since the 2013 season, last year’s Bucs are the only team that reached the Super Bowl without the benefit of a bye on Wild-Card Weekend.

Green Bay is the NFL’s best team and the clear favorite to win the championship. Aaron Rodgers is likely headed for his second straight MVP award, and he gives the Packers a massive quarterback advantage against the 49ers in the divisional round. Green Bay is a perfect 8-0 at Lambeau Field.

With home-field advantage until the Super Bowl, Tennessee is undervalued. The bye allowed the Titans to get healthier, setting the stage for Derrick Henry’s return. Tennessee has regular-season wins over Kansas City and Buffalo, both of whom have better Super Bowl odds than the Titans and would be forced to visit Tennessee in the AFC Championship Game.

Super Bowl MVP: Davante Adams +4000 [BetMGM]

If you think the Packers are going to the Super Bowl, Adams provides significant value for a Super Bowl MVP bet. By comparison, Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill had 12/1 MVP odds entering last year’s Super Bowl. Adams would have similar odds in February’s NFL championship game, making him a worthy long-shot bet at 40/1.

Rodgers is the heavy favorite to win the Super Bowl MVP in the event of a Packers’ championship. Adams, however, could take the award, just as Julian Edelman did over Tom Brady three years ago. Before a meaningless Week 18 game, Adams had over 100 yards receiving five times in a six-game span.

Adams averages 107 yards per game in Green Bay’s wins. The receiver is averaging 8.8 receptions in his last four playoff games.
